At the Welcome Swallow we make no secret of the fact that we love hops.
But this time we are taking it back to the roots, back to a time when we were all drinking mass produced commercial swill and we first discovered Craft Beer.
It was not a massively hopped IPA but rather a delicate balance of malt and bitterness. So here's to the unsung hero and champion of all beer, Cheers to Malt.
