Sunday Jam & Open Mic at the Swallow
Join us every second-to-last Sunday of the month for an afternoon of original music,
improvisation, and community vibes. Free entry & all ages welcome!
The Schedule:
• 3pm – 5pm | Open Mic: Share a new song, spoken word poetry, or a work-in-
progress with a supportive crowd.
• 5pm – 7pm | Jam Session: Jump in and play! Collaborate on covers, improvise, or
lead a tune. Instrument swapping and trying new things is highly encouraged.
The Details:
• Gear: Bring your own instruments or borrow ours.
• Skill Level: All levels welcome—from beginners to pros.
• Food: The Swallow Kitchen is open and serving until 7pm.
Ordinary Living - Album Launch
Join Will Moon and The Wonderful Suns as they play and launch 'Ordinary Living', in full.
This album, wreathed in love, joy, pain, loss, melody and texture, is finally releasing after
sitting in incubation for two years.
Joined by Chamberwoman and Easter Catholic Colours in support, this gig promises to be
warm, intimate and relaxed in the beautiful setting of The Welcome Swallow Brewery, New
Norfolk.
Sunday 10th of May Treat Mum (and save yourself the dishes).
This Mother’s Day, we’re keeping it simple and legendary:
Free Drink for every Mum. Brewery opens at 12pm until 8pm
Free Plant for her to take home (strictly limited stock!).
Zero Cooking. The Swallow Kitchen has the food covered from 12pm -7pm

Come join us for a great night of trivia and see if you can beat the reigning champs.
For food, The Welcome Swallow Kitchen will keep you satisfied and allow your brain to function at its finest.
Bookings are essentials so don't miss out. Doors open at 5pm and the quiz starts at 6:30pm sharp.
New NorFunk #9 IS BACK!
New NorFunk is back at its home, the Welcome Swallow Brewery, for our ninth instalment of unapologetic performances. Since getting started in May 2022, we've been bringing beautiful chaotic moments and helping celebrate how wonderfully diverse our community actually is.
On Saturday, 16 May, join us for a high-octane night of drag, burlesque, and cabaret featuring 15 incredible acts and DJ Nanna T on the decks.
The Full Experience: Arrive in style on the VIP Rainbow Bus (it's electric) hosted by the one and only Heidi Hole. From the electric vibes on the journey to the lush "greenhouse hug" of the brewery, this is a night designed to make you feel right at home.
Welcome Swallow Kitchen
The Welcome Swallow Kitchen is open and ready to serve your belly with good beer food. Jamie and Gail whip up the tastiest burgers this side of the Bass Strait.
As well as regular specials for those returning and keen to try something different.

We love hops. In fact we love all our ingredients and go the extra mile by farming our own hops and fruit for our special seasonal releases.
